Our project is aimed at creating a cosy knitting community where we relax, talk, knit and expand our international network. We promote sustainability by learning a lifetime skill of making your own clothes.

Knitting circle is part of the OYY wellbeing tutoring. Materials are funded by Talent Boost.

Anyone can join the knitting circle including degree and exchange students, researchers, staff members and international spouses/partners. We will teach you the basics of knitting if needed.

If you want to use the free yarn and needles for your project (choose here) you need to register here (CLOSED NOW). Please, make sure you agree with the rules of yarn usage beforehand.

In the knitting circle we might collect participants names even if they are not registered. We are doing this only for the purposes of managing large participant numbers. We also need to collect participant numbers and the amount of new participants for OYY and Talent Boost reports.
